Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and v8k. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the v8k platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any subsequent amendments published on this page.

v8k reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The revised Agreement will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must cease using the v8k platform immediately.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to the v8k platform and all betting and gaming services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

v8k reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible individuals will be closed immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

Identity Verification (KYC)

v8k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. All players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are enabled on their account. KYC may also be requested at any other time at v8k's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. In addition to proof of identity, v8k may request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

• Submission window: Players must submit KYC documents within 30 days of their first deposit request. Failure to complete KYC within this period may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Verification timeline: v8k aims to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified of the outcome by the contact method registered on their account.
• Rejection and re-submission: If submitted documents are rejected due to poor image quality or expiry, the player will be given a reasonable opportunity to re-submit. Deliberate submission of false documents will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Data handling: All documents submitted for KYC are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your documents with third parties except where required by law or fraud-prevention obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on v8k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). v8k supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to a player's v8k account balance within minutes of a successful transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. v8k accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages beyond our control.

Withdrawals submitted by KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review time where a transaction triggers internal security checks, or where the player's account has not yet completed full KYC verification. In such cases, v8k will communicate the expected timeline to the player.

• Withdrawal to registered method only: Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the player's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. v8k does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies through its standard cashier.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit is declined by the payment provider, the funds are not credited to your v8k account. v8k is not responsible for any charges applied by your payment provider in relation to a failed transaction.
• Disputed transactions: Any dispute regarding a deposit or withdrawal must be raised with v8k support within 14 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Bonuses & Promotions

v8k may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence solely with respect to that offer.

v8k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotional offer is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited but not yet wagered will be removed, and any genuine deposited funds associated with the promotion will be returned to the player's real-money balance.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on v8k are governed by the specific rules applicable to that product, which are accessible within each game or betting market. The following general principles apply across all v8k products.

• Finality of results: The outcome of all games and sporting events, as determined by the relevant system, live dealer, or official sporting body, is final. v8k will not reverse a settled result except in cases of verified technical error.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome or bet settlement, v8k reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return the staked amount to the player. No compensation will be paid for consequential loss.
• Suspicious activity: v8k reserves the right to void any bet or gaming session where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, manipulation, or coordinated fraud. Affected funds will be withheld pending investigation.
• Maximum winnings: Individual games and betting markets may carry maximum payout caps as specified within the product rules. Winnings in excess of any stated cap will not be paid, regardless of the calculated outcome.
• BPL & cricket markets: Bets on Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and other cricket competitions are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body. Rain-affected matches and abandoned fixtures are settled per the applicable cricket betting rules displayed in the relevant market.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

v8k is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across all of its products. As a condition of using the platform, players agree to engage with the responsible gaming tools available on v8k and to make use of them whenever they feel their gaming activity may be becoming problematic.

Players may request deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, temporary time-outs, or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting v8k support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on v8k. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, play games, or interact with the v8k platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the v8k platform's software, algorithms, or random number generators.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform to process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Impersonating another player, v8k employee, or any other individual on the platform or in communications with v8k support.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls imposed by v8k.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate unauthorised winnings. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid.

Intellectual Property

All content on the v8k platform — including but not limited to the brand name "v8k", the v8k logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of v8k or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the v8k platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any v8k content without prior written authorisation from v8k.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v8k's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

v8k is not liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of profits or gaming winnings due to platform downtime, technical failure, or third-party service outages; or any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Account Suspension & Termination

v8k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if v8k has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting v8k support. Upon voluntary account closure, any genuine real-money balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to v8k's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].

v8k will respond to all formally submitted disputes within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process to the player's reasonable satisfaction, the player may seek resolution through any applicable external mechanism available under the law of their jurisdiction.
